Metternich fair

Fair Program 2026


This year, we will unusually start on Thursday, April 23 at 6:30 PM with a fair service in our church.

On Friday, April 24 we will set up the fair tree at the village house starting around 5:00 PM. Afterwards, baked eggs and cold drinks will be waiting for you at the village house.

On Saturday, April 25 we invite you to dinner at the village house starting at 7:00 PM.

On Monday, April 27 we welcome all Metternich residents to breakfast with a subsequent morning beer at the village house starting at 10:00 AM.

In the week before the fair, we will walk through the village to collect eggs for the decoration of the fair tree and for baking eggs.

If you have a flag, we kindly ask you to hang it out.

We will see you at the Metternich Fair!
