Our oil mill, founded by Achim Bertgen in 2020 and certified organic from the outset, specializes in the production of high-quality, aromatic organic edible oils. We press our oils gently and by hand using modern and efficient screw presses. In our mill, we process almost exclusively organic cooking oils from selected seeds of certified organic origin.
We offer fresh and regional cuisine in our rustic, modern restaurant. You can also find cakes and tarts from our own pastry shop. Our house and the cozy beer garden are located directly on the Maifeld cycle path on the old railway line.
