Ferienhaus Naunheim

Our vacation home was built in 2020 and can accommodate 4 people. There is a large game closet that offers plenty of options, especially on rainy days. The house and outdoor area are child-friendly and comfortably furnished. The location is a great starting point for excursions to the Maifeld, Mosel, and Eifel regions. Families, hikers, and cyclists are sure to enjoy their stay.

    Our spacious basement apartment offers 100 m² (large living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, modern, senior-friendly bathroom) for a maximum of 6 people. A laundry/storage room including washing machine and a sunny terrace are also available. The dream path "Nette-Schiefer-Pfad" starts right on the doorstep, the Rhine and Moselle with their castles and palaces, the volcano park Osteifel and the famous Maria Laach Abbey as well as the Maifelder cycle path and other attractive dream paths are in the immediate vicinity.

    Our three premium vacation apartments, designed and furnished in a modern country house style, are located in a historic building completely renovated in 2016 in the center of Welling, in the immediate vicinity of the church. Welling is a central starting point for hiking and cycling tours along the Rhine and Moselle, Eifel and Hunsrück. The 26 romantic premium hiking trails within a radius of 0.5 to approx. 20 km around Welling invite you to hike and dream. The Nettetal nature reserve borders on our doorstep, with direct access to the feeder trail to the Nette Slate Dream Trail. The hiking trail leads directly along the cozy Nette. The Laacher See lake with the Maria Laach monastery, the volcano park above and below ground, the many romantic castles including Bürresheim Castle, Pyrmont Castle, Eltz Castle, Thurant Castle, Genovefaburg Castle in the town of Mayen with the castle festival in summer and many, many more attractions offer the opportunity for a varied leisure program for leisure, sport and culture to suit every taste.

    Our two holiday apartments are located on the outskirts of Polch in a beautiful, quiet environment. The surrounding landscape, with various marked hiking and cycling paths, is excellent for hiking and biking. Additionally, various wildlife parks, castles, and the towns of Mayen and Cochem, as well as the city of Koblenz, are within easy reach.Our holiday apartments are located on the ground floor and the first floor, measuring 68 / 75 m² each, and accommodating up to 5 people.There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and two fold-away beds. The living kitchen with kitchenette has a dining area for 4 people and a dishwasher. The living room features a seating area which can be converted into a sofa bed. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, toilet, sink, and hairdryer, as well as TV and free Wi-Fi. A terrace is available on the ground floor, and a balcony is available on the first floor. We consider any individual requests regarding the equipment and will change or provide them in advance or during your vacation if necessary.
