The rooms on the first floor are generously proportioned.The high-quality kitchen with open-plan living and dining area offers you plenty of space for relaxing and socializing. We have equipped this floor for you with high-quality kitchen appliances such as an oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a large TV for you to use.The bathroom has a toilet and shower.You can have breakfast on the balcony, which is furnished with comfortable balcony furniture. From the balcony it is only a short walk to the kitchen.On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub. From two of the double rooms you have access to a balcony with a breathtaking view over the Vordereifel. For the winter months we provide you with firewood free of charge, you are welcome to spend your evenings in front of the burning fireplace.The house is equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days.A baby crib can be provided in one of the spacious bedrooms.

Our modern and lovingly designed apartment with a size of 110 sqm for up to 6 people + 1 toddler is located on the 1st floor. Upper floor in a quiet location. It has two balconies (12 and 5 square meters). The large southwest balcony is equipped with balcony furniture, electric awning and barbecue. There you can enjoy the sun until the evening. All rooms are flooded with light, spacious and furnished to a high standard. A car parking space and a bicycle garage are available. Our house is the ideal starting point for excursions, hikes and bicycle tours. In the immediate vicinity are the Maifeld cycle path, Eltz Castle and Pyrmont Castle with the award-winning dream paths "Eltzer Burgpanorama" and "Pyrmonter Felsensteig" as well as the dream area "Paradiesweg". The Moselle and Rhine valleys, the Laacher See, the Eifelmaare, the geyser in Andernach and the beautiful cities of Koblenz and Mayen can be reached in a short time. In our village there is a bakery with farm shop (distance about 100m). There are also two restaurants, the "Alte Remise-Boulodrome" and the "Route House". Within a radius of 3 to 5 km there is a very diverse gastronomy. There you can enjoy German country house cuisine as well as Greek, Italian or Croatian cuisine. About 1.5 km away is an alpaca ranch, where an outdoor picnic can be booked with the animals in the pasture. Spend the night in Tiny House Druidenstein The feel-good caravan is located on the edge of the village on a hill with a terraced view over the fields of the Maifeld. In the middle of the hiking trail between Pyrmont Castle and the world-famous Eltz Castle. On 30 m² of living space you will find everything you need to feel at home. Depending on your needs, you can heat with a fireplace or air conditioning. The caravan is surrounded by a seating area, sunbathing area and sun terrace with garden furniture. The caravan is a non-smoking caravan and out of consideration for other guests, the caravan should remain pet hair free. There are supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries etc. in Münstermaifeld (3 km). In an emergency, the naturopathic practice is right next door. Pyrmont Castle is 1.7 km away. At the foot of its hill is the Pyrmont Mill, where you can stop for a bite to eat on the mill terrace with a view of the beautiful waterfall on beautiful summer days. One of the most famous castles is Eltz Castle. It can be reached on foot in around two hours (5.3 km). It is a hilltop castle from the 12th century and is probably the most famous of its kind. It is definitely worth a visit. A tour is possible and definitely worth a visit. There are also several dream trails in the immediate vicinity.
